The plugin connects the WooCommerce e-shop with the iDoklad system and enables automatic or manual creation of proformas, regular invoices, and credit notes.

The iDoklad plugin can create regular invoices or proforma invoices based on order data. All in PDF format.

The customer can download the invoice from the order email, the thank you page, or their customer account.

The administrator can find the document in the overview and in the order detail. It is also possible to set sending issued invoices to a specified email.

You can customize the text and style of the button in the email for downloading the invoice and proforma invoice in the plugin settings according to your needs. It is also possible to place custom text next to the button.

In the iDoklad plugin, you can create credit notes for invoices, both manually and automatically based on order status change. You can issue and download a credit note from both the overview and the order detail.

Invoices, proformas, and credit notes can be created:

• automatically based on order status change
• by clicking a button in the overview or in the order detail
• by bulk action in the order overview.

In the settings, you can also determine when the invoice is marked as paid.

The invoicing plugin can set the creation of a proforma invoice and regular invoice separately for any payment method.

You can thus issue an invoice at a different stage of order processing each time. For example, when paying via a payment gateway, issue the invoice in Processing status, but for COD only in Completed status.

The order detail contains the iDoklad box where you will find all important information about the order. You can manually create an invoice, download an invoice, or view log information for the order through it.

In the plugin settings, you have the option to add an email address where a notification with the error will be sent in case an invoice or proforma invoice is not issued.

You do not have to go through orders retrospectively and check where the document was not issued.

In case you have your iDoklad account connected with a bank account and use automatic invoice pairing with payment (see guide), you can have payment information passed from iDoklad to the web via cron.

When someone pays to the bank account, the invoice in iDoklad is marked as paid and payment information is sent to the e-shop. In the plugin, you set which status the paid order switches to. With this setting, you can fully automate the payment system.

In the plugin, you simply set the preferred language for generated documents. The language can be selected fixed or according to the order country.

You can choose from a total of 4 languages:
Czech, Slovak, English, and German.

Invoice currency setting is automatic according to the main currency in WooCommerce. Thus, it is no problem for the plugin to accept any currency supported by iDoklad.

If the order is in a foreign currency, the plugin allows conversions from EUR and USD to CZK.

Most used:
CZK – Czech Republic
EUR – Eurozone
GBP – Great Britain
USD – United States

And many others supported by iDoklad.

If iDoklad ever adds support for another currency, the plugin will automatically be able to work with it.

In the plugin settings, you can choose which number series the e-shop will use. So if you use this iDoklad feature, the plugin can work with it.

Number series can be selected for proforma and regular invoice.

Any WooCommerce store payment method can be assigned to payment methods used by iDoklad. Thanks to this, you will have everything correctly listed on the invoice.

By default, the internal invoice number from iDoklad is written as the variable symbol to the invoice. In the plugin, it is possible to easily set the variable symbol to be written to the invoice or proforma invoice according to the order number.

In the plugin settings, you can choose which displayed product variant name you prefer on the invoice.

You can choose from two variants:
T-shirt Blue, XXL
T-shirt Color: Blue, Size: XXX

The default unit setting is “ks” (pcs), however, if you sell a specific type of goods (e.g., fabrics), you can freely adjust the quantity unit (e.g., to “m”).

Units can be changed in the plugin settings specifically for:

• fee
• product
• shipping

In the plugin, you simply set the text that will be displayed before/after invoice items.

In the iDoklad administration, you can use the function of recording stock and connect them with invoice items. If an order is made on the web, the item is automatically deducted from the stock in the iDoklad system and vice versa. Synchronization is two-way and thanks to it you can use stock management functions in the iDoklad system.

The plugin is compatible with Toret IČ/DIČ and WooCommerce EU VAT Assistant plugins, which can be used to set up reverse charge in the WooCommerce store. Complete setup instructions can be found here.

In case your e-shop has registered for OSS, you can activate this mode in the iDoklad plugin.

Usage example: 
In the checkout, the customer can choose shipping to an address or a pickup point via a shipping plugin, pay using a payment gateway, and finally, an invoice is automatically issued and sent in an email with the order confirmation.

The plugin fully supports WordPress Multisite, where one license is sufficient for all managed sites. Custom plugin settings are possible on each Multisite website.

The plugin supports use together with popular block website builders Elementor, Divi, and Gutenberg.

The iDoklad plugin is compatible with the Polylang plugin when downloading an invoice or proforma.
