iDoklad

The Czech invoicing service iDoklad has been on the market since 2011 and is currently one of the best-known invoicing systems available. Issuing PDF invoices in iDoklad is very simple – the system can retrieve necessary company details from the ARES database, so you only need the company ID number to start invoicing. You can edit the invoice design and set up payment reminders.

iDoklad provides financial statistics and data export, supports reverse charge VAT, QR payments, expense tracking, recurring invoicing, and payment verification (via bank account integration), and more. iDoklad is compatible with accounting software such as Pohoda, Money S3, or Variem and helps with personal income tax returns and VAT control statements.

This system offers 4 pricing plans. Depending on the feature set you need, iDoklad costs from 0 up to 625 CZK per month (with annual billing). Important: To connect iDoklad to your WooCommerce store, you need a plan that includes API access. Currently, this applies to the Oblíbený plan (7,500 API requests/month) and the Prémiový plan (75,000 API requests/month).

Fakturoid

Fakturoid is another widely used invoicing system. Like iDoklad, it supports easy PDF invoice creation using ARES data lookup. Fakturoid also offers more advanced invoice design customization.

Fakturoid focuses on maximum automation—from checking invoice payments via bank integration, to automated reminders, recurring invoicing, and invoice templates.

A special feature of Fakturoid is the so-called Web Invoice, which is a page with an invoice preview. Unlike a standard PDF invoice, a Web Invoice allows customers to pay directly in the browser (by card or via QR code) and confirm payment. In Fakturoid, you can see whether the customer has viewed the invoice.

Fakturoid also provides financial statistics, expense tracking, and exports for accounting systems such as Pohoda, ABRA Flexi, Money S3, DUEL, EKONOM, Harmonik, and PREMIER system. It also generates documentation for electronic tax filings.

Fakturoid offers 3 pricing plans. Depending on the feature set you need, Fakturoid costs from 0 to 393 CZK per month (with annual billing). API integration is available in all plans; only the number of API requests per month differs.

Vyfakturuj

Vyfakturuj is another available invoicing tool that offers simple PDF invoice creation using ARES data lookup, invoice design customization, and automation.

Like the previous two systems, Vyfakturuj supports automatic payment verification (via bank account integration), recurring invoices, and automated reminders. You can set up to three reminders and also use them as a pre-due-date notification.

Financial statistics, generation of documents for electronic filings, and reverse charge VAT support are other important features, as well as compatibility with accounting software such as Money S3, Pohoda, or PREMIER.

Vyfakturuj is available in 4 pricing plans from 0 to 590 CZK per month (with annual billing). Important: To connect Vyfakturuj to your WooCommerce store, you need a plan that includes API access. Currently, this applies to the Ideal plan (10,000 API requests/month) and the Profi plan (50,000 API requests/month).
