Wholesale for WooCommerce

The form for registering new wholesalers can be simply placed on the e-shop pages using a shortcode. The form includes pre-filling of data according to ARES (for CZ) or RÚZ (for SK) after entering and verifying the Company ID (IČ), and checking the validity of the VAT ID (DIČ) according to VIES. It is also possible to add a link to terms and conditions to the form.

The form is compatible with the reCAPTCHA system for user verification and spam prevention.

The Wholesale plugin brings a new user role Wholesale Customer to WordPress. Like other users, you can find wholesalers in the user overview, where you can also manage them.

Newly registered wholesalers need to be approved or rejected. You can do this via bulk action in the user overview or in the user detail. After approval/rejection, the plugin automatically sends an email with information to the wholesaler and the administrator. You can customize these emails in the plugin settings or completely disable them.

In the WooCommerce checkout settings, you can enable the payment method – Invoice Payment, which will be available for logged-in wholesalers.

In the payment method settings, you can choose which status the order will switch to after payment. Thanks to this, you can, for example, follow up with shipping plugin automations or just complete the order.

You can perform the global discount setting for all wholesalers in the plugin interface, where you enter the discount in percentage.

Individual discounts can be entered for a specific wholesaler or product. Their setting is done in the user or product detail. You can also set a fixed wholesale price at the product level, which is always superior.

Hierarchy of set wholesale discounts:

Global discount < Category discount < User discount < Product discount < Fixed product price

You can disable wholesale discounts for individual products and product categories. Furthermore, it is possible to disable the use of discount coupons for wholesale orders.

You can also set tiered discounts for wholesalers. These can be based on the order value, its weight, or the quantity of products in the order – whether of the same or different kinds.

Wholesale user discounts can be exported and imported via a CSV file in the Users section.

In the plugin settings, you can enable free shipping for wholesalers, set the shipping methods allowed for wholesale and, conversely, hide shipping methods from regular customers.

Logged-in wholesale customers automatically see both the regular and wholesale price on products in the e-shop, with configured discounts applied to the wholesale price. The wholesale price can be calculated from the standard product price, or discounted prices can also be included in the calculation. The price can be displayed with or without VAT.

Displaying the regular price can be disabled or shown with a strikethrough. Wholesale price labels can be edited or hidden. A shortcode is also available for displaying the wholesale price.

You can globally condition the possibility of a wholesale order by a minimum order value or a minimum number of product items in the order. You can find both of these options in the plugin settings.

The minimum order value can also be determined individually for each user separately in the user detail. Individual settings will override global ones.

You can also set the minimum number of products in the order individually for separate products in their detail. This individual setting will override the global one.

All our plugins are mutually compatible and can be used on a single WooCommerce e-shop.

Usage example: 
In the checkout, the customer can select delivery to an address or pick-up point via the shipping plugin, pay using a payment gateway, and finally, an invoice is automatically generated and sent in the order confirmation email.

The plugin fully supports WordPress Multisite, where a single license is sufficient for all managed sites.

Each Multisite web can have its own plugin settings.

The plugin supports use alongside popular block page builders Elementor and Divi.
