The Toret PPL for WooCommerce WordPress plugin connects your e-shop with this carrier’s system. Solve delivery to address, pickup points, and boxes completely from the e-shop administration. The plugin adds a map widget for branch selection to the checkout, allows automating order processing, and printing labels directly from WooCommerce. Delivery across Czechia and the whole world with PPL
Offer customers delivery according to their preferences. The Toret PPL plugin provides delivery to PPL Parcelshop pickup points in 6 countries, the PPL Private service for delivery to address in 21 countries, or PPL Business (company delivery) in 23 countries.
The plugin also supports additional services such as Evening delivery, Package return or PPL Parcel Return Connect Import (transport from another country to CZ).
Using the plugin, customers can select PPL Parcelshop pickup points and boxes in the checkout. Delivery to boxes can be disabled – globally or for specific products, variants, and categories.
The carrier supports pickup points in 6 countries.
Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Austria, and Germany.
The plugin supports the PPL Private service, through which the customer can choose the option of delivery to their own address. PPL Private supports 21 countries.

The plugin supports PPL Business CZ and PPL Business Europe services, through which the customer can choose the option of delivery to a company address. PPL Business supports 23 countries.

The plugin supports the additional PPL Evening Delivery (17:00 – 21:00) shipping method, which guarantees delivery of the shipment in the evening hours.
The plugin supports the PPL Return shipping method, which you can activate in the settings and for PPL Private and PPL Parcelshop shipping adds the option of return package shipping to the checkout.
The plugin supports the PPL Parcel Return Connect Import shipping method, which is used to return a package from abroad back to the CZ. Return from 24 European countries is supported.
Comfortable delivery selection at checkout
Seamless branch selection in the checkout is ensured by the official PPL map widget, which also allows text search, filtering, and displaying information about branches.
The plugin also offers other functions for the checkout. Optional automatic opening of the widget when selecting a pickup point will speed up the customer’s passage, as well as automatic filling of the delivery address according to the selected branch. For individual shipments, it is possible to choose custom or default icons.
The plugin is connected to the official PPL widget for selecting Parcelshop branches.
The widget includes a map, search, language switching, and a lot of other information.
In the plugin, you can turn on a function that saves the customer a step when opening the map with pickup point selection. The function automatically opens the map widget when a shipping method is chosen.
The button remains visible anyway, in case the customer changes their mind about the pickup point and wants to change it.
In the plugin settings, you can enable the function of automatically using the pickup point address as the delivery address for the order. If active, for orders to a pickup point (PPL Parcelshop), the delivery address is automatically filled according to the selected pickup branch.
You can upload your own logo for each carrier in the plugin and thus have a unified website appearance.
Rich shipping setting options
The PPL plugin allows setting customized shipping options for the e-shop. Prices, conditions, surcharges, COD, and free shipping can be easily clicked in the administration.
For each type of delivery, you can set a uniform or scaled price according to the weight of the shipment. You can also scale the COD fee and set other custom surcharges.
Free shipping can be conditioned by order value, a specific product, or goods from a given category in the order. The plugin also supports coupons for free shipping.
You will surely appreciate other useful features, such as Age Verification, automatic conversion of shipment price to another currency, setting shipping availability, dimension check, and many others that will make your daily work with shipments easier.
For each shipping type (PPL Parcelshop, PPL Private, PPL Morning package), you can set different shipping prices by weight. You can use a fixed price or set rules for different prices according to the weight of products in the order.
For each carrier and country, it is possible to set a custom threshold from which free shipping will be available.
Furthermore, it is possible to set free shipping if a certain product, variant, or product from a selected category is in the cart.
The plugin supports coupons for free shipping. Also for coupons, you can set whether shipping will be free for all or only for specific PPL delivery methods (e.g. you can create a coupon for free shipping to a PPL ParcelShop pickup point, while delivery to address remains charged).
The plugin can work with the WooCommerce Cash on Delivery payment method. For PPL Private and PPL Parcelshop shipping, it is possible to use it in selected countries. At the same time, you can set the order sum from which it will be without surcharge and set a COD limit for individual shipping and countries.
If the customer selects a branch that does not support COD payment for delivery, this payment method will be automatically hidden in the checkout.
For each PPL shipping service, it is possible to activate maximum weight and dimensions check and set custom limits. If exceeded, the shipping method will not be offered in the checkout.
This ensures that a situation where the carrier refuses to accept the package due to large weight or dimension will not occur.
For any shipping and delivery country, you can set its availability based on:
- minimum and maximum product price
- minimum and maximum cart value
- minimum and maximum quantity of products in the cart
The plugin allows entering a weight threshold for automatic splitting of the shipment into multiple packages.
Example: With a splitting threshold of 10 kg, an order totaling 24 kg will be split into 3 packages weighing 10 kg, 10 kg, and 4 kg.
In the plugin, you can set custom surcharges:
- for specific products
- individual product variants
- for all products from a given category
- for customer countries
- for individual shipping methods
- for all orders with PPL shipping
All surcharges can be set as visible or hidden in the checkout. Surcharges can be calculated once or multiplied by the number of items in the order.
When editing a product in the Product Data → PPL tab box, you can check the required age verification upon shipment receipt.
In case the package is delivered via PPL carrier and contains a product with required age verification, the minimum required age is verified upon handover to the customer. At the same time, for such an order, the option of delivery to ParcelBox, where age verification would not be possible, will not be displayed in the shipping selection widget.
The plugin supports setting multiple currencies from the WPML plugin and WooCommerce Currency Switcher.
PPL requires its value in a certain currency (e.g. EUR) when sending a package via COD abroad. At the same time, this value is stated on the carrier’s label.
The plugin can automatically obtain rates from the servers of the Czech National Bank (cnb.cz), the National Bank of Slovakia (nbs.sk) or allows you to enter your own rates.
You can choose your preferred method in the settings.
The PPL plugin supports shipping zones in WooCommerce. You can easily set these methods only for selected countries.
For each PPL shipping method, you can set a custom tax status (taxable or tax-free).
Complete shipment management directly from administration
Simplify and speed up order management with the Toret PPL plugin. You can handle shipment sending completely directly from the e-shop administration in a few clicks or it can be fully automated.
Printing labels is a matter of a click. You can print individually and in bulk directly from the e-shop administration, including determining the format. You can also add a custom note to the label. Ordering package pickup can be done from the order detail or overview, individually and in bulk. You can enter multiple pickup addresses if you send shipments from different places.
The plugin also allows shipment tracking. Shipment status can be loaded manually or automatically and you will see it directly in the order overview and detail. A tracking link is automatically added to the order email for customers, as well as information about the selected pickup point.
Thanks to the connection to the PPL API it is possible to fully manage the shipment in WooCommerce. You can send the order to the PPL system, delete it from the PPL system, print the package label, get a tracking link or order package pickup. All simply and with one click from the order overview or order detail.
Shipments sent via the plugin can also be found in the PPL Customer Zone. The plugin supports connection with PPL MyAPI and CPL API.
Once you have the shipment ready for the customer, you send it to the PPL system with one click via the API service. You don’t have to rewrite anything.
You can also use automatic sending to the system based on order status change or bulk sending from the order overview in WooCommerce.
In the plugin settings, you can set automatic order status change in WooCommerce for a certain package status in transit. For example, you can automatically complete orders that have already been delivered to customers.
For orders sent to PPL, you can download the shipment label directly in WooCommerce from the order overview or order detail. You can choose the preferred A6 or A4 format for the label.
When generating labels on A4 format, you can determine from which position it starts generating. The plugin also supports bulk label printing from the order overview in WooCommerce (for CPL API).
You can write a custom note on the label or change the package reference number using variables (e.g. order number or ID).

Using the plugin, you can set up ordering package pickup. You order pickup in the order overview or in their detail. Simply enter the date when you want to hand over the shipment to the carrier and you’re done.
The plugin allows adding multiple pickup addresses. If you have more entered, you can choose where PPL should come for the package in the order detail when ordering pickup.
You can also order pickup via bulk actions in WooCommerce for multiple orders at once.
Pickup for the current day can be ordered until 9:00.
The plugin contains its own CRONs, using which it is possible to load the shipment status during transport. This function is available for settings using myAPI.
In the order overview, you can use the link to go to the Shipment Tracking page with automatically pre-filled number and immediately know what is happening with the package.
You can also automatically attach the tracking link to the order email for customers. The link placement in the email can be customized by selecting a hook in the plugin settings.
Information about the pickup point that the customer chooses for delivery will be displayed in the administration with the order, on the e-shop thank you page, and can also be added to the order email. Information placement in the email can be customized by selecting a hook in the plugin settings.
