Features for correct phone number format
Thanks to the Toret Phone plugin, you help customers enter the correct phone number format, thus preventing delivery problems.
The plugin works with the default WooCommerce Phone field and uses a database of phone number formats. In case of incorrect filling, it alerts the customer and blocks order submission until the field is filled correctly. Order blocking can also be turned off.
When filling in, the customer can use a dropdown list of prefixes and countries. If the customer does not select the prefix but types it, the country flag is assigned to the prefix automatically.
The plugin uses a database of phone number formats and validates the phone upon order submission.
In case the format does not match or invalid characters are entered, it prevents order submission and alerts the customer with an error message to correct the field.
Order blocking can be disabled.
The plugin automatically adds a dropdown list of countries with flags and their names to the phone number field in the checkout.
Selecting the phone number prefix is very simple for the customer, and you as site owners have phone numbers in the correct format.
In case the customer does not want to use the prefix selection from the list, they can write it directly into the field, and the country flag will be automatically assigned to the field according to the filled prefix.
Settings options
The functions of the Phone plugin can be customized as needed. You make it easier for customers to find the country and prefix by saving those you most often receive orders from to optional initial positions in the country list. You can also completely disable the display of other countries.
The prefix can be hidden, but the complete phone number format is always saved in the order to prevent problems entering data for carriers. Phone number validation can be turned off or on.
The plugin works with the default WooCommerce Phone field, so there should be no compatibility issues with other plugins, themes, or page builders.
