The plugin adds a widget to the checkout that allows customers to select a pickup point from a map or using search. For each pickup point, current information about opening hours, occupancy, payment options, etc., is displayed.

The placement of the button to open the widget can be adjusted in the plugin settings.

Using the Czech Post API, the plugin itself automatically downloads and updates available Balíkovna branches.

In the plugin, you can turn on a function that saves the customer a step when opening the map with pickup point selection. The function automatic opening of the map with pickup point selection automatically displays the map widget when the Balíkovna shipping method is selected.

The button remains visible anyway, in case the customer changes their mind about the pickup point and wants to change it.

In the plugin settings, you can enable the function of automatically using the pickup point address as the delivery address for the order. If active, for orders to a pickup point (Balíkovna, Balík Na poštu) the delivery address is automatically filled according to the selected pickup branch.

In the plugin settings, you can enable uploading custom icons for any shipping from Czech Post or use default icons. You can select your icon simply via WordPress Media.

Furthermore, you can add custom CSS for the icon at shipping and at branch selection and thus influence its appearance.

For each shipping type (Balíkovna, Delivery to Hand, Letter…), you can set a different shipping price. You can use a fixed price or scale the price:

• by shipment weight
• by shipment dimensions
• by order value

For each shipping type, it is possible to set a custom order value threshold from which free shipping will be available. Free shipping can also be set for specific products, variants, or categories.

The plugin also supports coupons for free shipping. These can be disabled, enabled for all, or limited only to specific shipping methods.

The plugin can work with the WooCommerce Cash on Delivery payment method. For each shipping type (Balíkovna, Balík Na poštu, Balík Do ruky), it is possible to use it and set the surcharge amount. The surcharge can be a fixed rate or scaled by order value.

At the same time, you can set the order value from which COD will be without surcharge.

For any shipping and delivery country, you can set its availability based on:

• minimum and maximum cart weight
• minimum and maximum order value
• minimum and maximum quantity of products in the cart
• minimum and maximum product price

For each product, variant, and product category in WooCommerce, you can disable selected shipping methods.

For each Czech Post shipping service, it is possible to activate maximum product weight and dimension check. This ensures that a situation where the carrier refuses to accept the package due to large weight or dimension will not occur.

It is also possible to set automatic addition of packaging weight to the shipment.

The plugin allows entering a weight threshold for automatic splitting of the shipment into multiple packages.

Example: With a splitting threshold of 10 kg, an order totaling 24 kg will be split into 3 packages weighing 10 kg, 10 kg, and 4 kg.

The plugin supports setting multiple currencies from the WOOCS – Currency Switcher for WooCommerce plugin.

The Toret Czech Post plugin supports shipping zones in WooCommerce. You can easily set this method only for selected shipping zones.

You can set a custom tax status (taxable or tax-free) for the shipping method.

Thanks to the connection to Czech Post B2BZasilka API it is possible to fully manage the shipment in WooCommerce. You can send the order to the Czech Post system, print the package label and track the shipment status. Everything simply and with one click from the order overview or order detail.

Once you have the shipment ready for the customer, you send it to the Czech Post system with one click via the API service. You don’t have to rewrite anything.

You can also use automatic sending to the system based on order status change or bulk sending from the order overview in WooCommerce.

In the plugin settings, you can set automatic order status change in WooCommerce for a certain package status in transit. For example, you can automatically complete orders that have already been delivered to customers.

For orders sent to Czech Post, you can download the shipment label directly in WooCommerce from the order overview or order detail. For the label, it is possible to enter the form ID according to Czech Post requirements and also determine from which position it starts generating.

The Toret Czech Post plugin supports bulk actions in WooCommerce, which you can find in the order overview.

Update shipment status in transit

The plugin contains its own CRON, using which it is possible to load the shipment status during transport by Czech Post. You will see the current status in transit in the Czech Post Status column in the order overview or in the order detail.

In the order overview, you can use the link to go to the Shipment Tracking page with automatically pre-filled number and immediately know what is happening with the package.

You can also automatically attach the tracking link to the order email for customers.

If you do not want to use connection via API, shipments can be submitted using order export to CSV file for the Pošta Online service (postaonline.cz).

Thanks to this, you can easily transfer orders from the e-shop to the Czech Post system, without the need for manual transcription of customer data.

Furthermore, you can adjust the weight for the order export and set the automatic packaging weight, which will be added to the order. You can also set the default package insurance value.

The pickup point that the customer chooses for the order is displayed in the administration with the order, in the order email, and on the e-shop thank you page.

All our plugins are compatible with each other and can be used on one WooCommerce e-shop.

Usage example: 
In the checkout, the customer can choose shipping to an address or a pickup point via a shipping plugin, pay using a payment gateway, and finally, an invoice is automatically issued and sent in an email with the order confirmation.
