The plugin includes settings for the Home page text and the separator symbol.

Examples of breadcrumb navigation display:

• Home \ Other Products \ Toret Breadcrumbs
• Toret → Other Categories → Toret Breadcrumbs

Creating Structure via WordPress Menu

The plugin creates a custom display location where you simply assign your created menu to immediately start building the breadcrumb structure. The breadcrumb structure is always generated from the current item upwards to its parents. The Home page is not part of the menu and is added automatically.

An example of the breadcrumb display for the “Entering License Key” page would be:

• Home \ Installation and Activation \ Entering License Key

Inserting Breadcrumbs into the Website

For easy insertion into page content, you can use the shortcode [toretbread]. If the current page is included in the breadcrumb menu, the shortcode will display the navigation.

Combining Different Content Types

Thanks to the ability to create custom structures, you can easily combine different content types. You can add posts, categories, tags, pages, and more to the menu, mixing them exactly as you need.

For example, you can create a landing page for a product category and assign it in the breadcrumbs instead of the standard product category view.

Renaming Items in Breadcrumbs

You can edit the name of each item to fine-tune the breadcrumb navigation exactly to your needs.
