The official Balíkobot for WooCommerce WordPress plugin connects your e-shop with the Balíkobot.cz system, allowing you to ship with dozens of carriers worldwide. Directly from the e-shop administration, you can send orders to the Balíkobot.cz system, download labels, order pickup, or track the status of the package in transit. To use the plugin, you must first conclude a contract with Balíkobot and individual carriers.

Delivery with Balíkobot
The Balíkobot service allows you to send shipments with a wide range of carriers. The plugin connects it directly with WooCommerce, allowing you to manage everything directly from the e-shop administration.
Via Balíkobot, you can send shipments both to the customer’s address and to pick-up points. For convenient branch or box selection in the checkout, customers can use map widgets for individual carriers.
Order information is passed directly to the selected carrier – no need to rewrite anything, avoiding errors. Label printing (or handover protocol) and ordering pickup is a matter of a few clicks. Shipment status can be tracked directly in the e-shop administration.
To speed up work, you can set up automations for:
- order status changes

- adding a tracking link to the order email

Using the **Balíkobot.cz API**, the plugin transfers order information from the e-shop to the system. This eliminates the need to rewrite data and minimizes error rates.
You can also easily download the label for the order package, check the status of the parcel transport to the customer, or order pickup directly from the WordPress administration.

The plugin allows displaying a map widget in the checkout for branch selection by the customer. This widget is always specific to the given carrier and their pick-up points and boxes. Widgets are available for carriers:

For widgets, you can further set automatic opening, open button placement, and use of the pick-up point address as the delivery address.
Using the plugin, it is possible to print a carrier label and handover protocol for sent orders.
The plugin allows automatic tracking of the status of the sent parcel. Thanks to this, you know exactly what is happening with it.
In the settings, you can determine the order statuses when the parcel is automatically tracked.
If you have an order being sent in the Processing (Zpracovává se) status and send it to Balíkobot.cz, you can set an automatic status change to which the order will move.
The plugin allows setting up daily automatic pickup ordering. In the settings, you just choose when the pickup should be ordered.
In the plugin settings, you can choose which variable symbol will be used for sending to Balíkobot.cz.
You can select:
- Post ID (WooCommerce default)
- Order number (numbering plugin)
