Just paste the pixel code from your OpenAI Ads account into the right field in the plugin. No coding, no editing templates.

In the plugin settings, simply tick which events and data the pixel should send. These events are supported:

• contents_viewed – product page
• items_added – add to cart (classic and AJAX)
• checkout_started – checkout page
• order_created – thank-you page (purchase)

The pixel also captures the oppref click identifier from the landing page URL and can optionally pass on hashed customer data (email, phone, name, address) on the thank-you page and for logged-in customers.

The plugin connects you to the Conversions API, which records order data server-to-server, including hashed customer details. All it takes is pasting your API key into the plugin.

For the Conversions API, you can:

• turn the sending of hashed customer data on or off
• choose when orders are sent – when created or when paid

The pixel and the Conversions API use the same event ID, so you can run both at once with no duplicate conversions.

The plugin works with the usual cookie consent solutions through the WP Consent API (Complianz, CookieYes, Cookiebot bridges and others).

That means data is only sent once your visitors have accepted marketing cookies – exactly as the law requires.

For custom solutions, you can trigger consent with a JavaScript call from your own cookie banner.

The plugin generates a feed built to OpenAI’s specification for advertising in ChatGPT. It’s created from your product data – the first time, all you do is click a button. After that, the feed updates automatically at the interval you choose, using either WP-Cron or an external cron.

You can shape the content of the feed globally and product by product, so everything fits the way you sell.

Globally, you can set things like:

• Product identifier: ID or SKU
• Description: short or long
• Include out-of-stock products
• Skip products hidden from the catalogue
• Exclude categories from ads
• Merchant name and URL
• Source of product brands
• Target countries
• URL of your return policy
• Return window
• Eligibility for search in ChatGPT

For individual products, you can set:

• Exclusion from ChatGPT Ads
• A regular and a sale price for ChatGPT Ads

All of our plugins work together and can be used on a single WooCommerce store.

An example: 
At checkout, a customer picks home delivery or a pickup point with a shipping plugin, pays through a payment gateway, and finally an invoice is issued automatically and sent with the order confirmation email.

The plugin fully supports WordPress Multisite, where a single license covers all the sites you manage.
