After payment, we will email you a questionnaire
You fill in the access details and required settings. If you’re not sure, we’ll advise you.
We configure the plugin and get it ready for use
Usually within 2 business days of completing the questionnaire. We’ll let you know when it’s done.

Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the purchased plugin. For some, website access is enough; for others, we also need FTP, hosting, or administration access to the service you need to connect (e.g., carrier system or payment gateway). We will request exactly the data we need in the questionnaire.
Yes. If the payment gateway requires test payments to be made, we will take care of it.
In most cases, the completed questionnaire is sufficient. However, for some systems (e.g., certain payment gateways), two-factor authentication via phone number is required. In such cases, we will agree with you in advance on a suitable time to run the verification.
