How to manage your subscription

As of November 1, 2020, we have switched to a subscription system. All orders from this date include support service and access to updates for 1 year. After that, the subscription needs to be renewed. Orders from before this date are not affected by this change.

You can manage your subscription in the My Account → Subscriptions section, in the details of the specific subscription.

Automatic Subscription Renewal

For orders paid by credit card, the subscription renews automatically. You can turn automatic renewal off or on using the toggle in the subscription details.

Cancelling Subscription

You can cancel the subscription using the button in the subscription details. After cancelling the subscription, it is no longer possible to download plugins or update them.

Renewing Subscription

If you have decided to reactivate a cancelled subscription, you can do so using the button in the subscription details.

After clicking, you will be redirected to the checkout where you can pay for the subscription renewal.

Adding a Payment Method

To renew the subscription, you can add a payment method using the button in the order details. This step is necessary if you want to activate automatic renewal and do not have a payment card associated with the subscription.

After clicking the button, a page will appear where you can set up a new payment method to be used for renewal.
