We sell our plugins on a subscription basis. When purchasing a plugin, you receive a subscription for one year.
Why subscriptions?
Subscriptions allow us to continuously develop the plugins and provide you with high-quality technical support.
We regularly update our plugins, add new features, and adapt them to changes in WordPress, WooCommerce, and other popular themes and extensions. Thanks to subscriptions, we can dedicate ourselves to long-term and consistent plugin development, ensuring they remain secure and functional.
At the same time, thanks to the subscription, we can offer customer support that you can turn to in case of issues.
Subscription Renewal
Renewing the subscription for another year can be done manually or automatically. We will send notifications about the approaching end of the subscription and its expiration to the email address you provided during purchase.
When paying via payment gateway, the subscription automatically renews on the anniversary of the order – without you having to do anything. The amount is deducted from the entered payment card. You will receive an automatic email 14 days in advance informing you of the upcoming renewal.
With this option, the subscription must be renewed manually. You can do this in your Toret account, in the subscription details. Renewal can be done on the anniversary day of the original order – it is not possible earlier.
In the My Account > Subscriptions section, you can manage your subscriptions – change payment methods, cancel, or renew subscriptions. You can find more about subscription management here: How to manage subscriptions
