Yes. The subscription ensures access to plugin updates and support. If your subscription for a given license ends, the plugin will continue to work. However, if we release a new version of the plugin, you will not be able to update to it with an inactive subscription.

Yes. If you are buying a license (e.g., for a client or selling an e-shop), it can be transferred later. If you want to change the license owner, this change is tied to the entire order in which the license was created. If you wish to change the owner for such an order, contact our support from the email address used to create the order.
For licenses purchased before the subscription system, support is provided for 1 year from the order completion date. Plugin updates for these licenses are unlimited in time.
