One by Allegro for WooCommerce

Users can select One branches and boxes in the pop-up window of the integrated One widget. For searching, they can use a keyword (city, street, ZIP code) or find the pick-up point on the map.

Separate shipping methods are created for One Box and One Point.

In the plugin, you can enable a function that saves the customer a step when opening the pick-up point selection map. The function for automatically opening the map with pick-up point selection automatically displays the map widget when the One Point or One Box shipping method is chosen.

However, the button remains visible in case the customer changes their mind and wants to change the pick-up point.

You can set custom icons in the plugin, which will appear next to the shipping method selection in the checkout. In addition to custom icons, you can display default One icons or not display icons at all.

For each shipping type (One Courier, One Point, One Box), you can set a different price:

• by shipment weight
• by shipment dimensions
• flat rate
• loading from carrier API

To calculate the price by weight or dimensions of the shipment, you set custom weight or dimension intervals in the plugin.

For each shipping method, it is possible to set a custom threshold for when free shipping becomes available. It can also be set for a specific product, variation, or product category.

You can disable individual delivery methods for a specific product, variation, or product category.

You can also restrict the offer of individual shipping methods by:

• minimum and maximum order value
• minimum and maximum product quantity in cart
• minimum and maximum product price
• minimum and maximum cart weight

The plugin can work with the WooCommerce Cash on delivery payment method. The COD price can be set uniformly or based on the order value. At the same time, you can set an order amount from which COD will be surcharge-free or a maximum amount exceeding which COD will not be available.

VAT for the COD fee can be set as fixed or based on products in the cart.

In the plugin settings, you can also set custom surcharges for a product, variation, product category, for all orders, or for a specific shipping method.

One by Allegro requires its value in a certain currency (e.g., EUR) when sending a parcel with COD abroad. At the same time, this value is indicated on the carrier label.

The plugin can automatically retrieve rates from the Czech National Bank (cnb.cz), National Bank of Slovakia (nbs.sk) servers or allow entering custom rates.

You can select your preferred method in settings.

The One by Allegro plugin supports shipping zones in WooCommerce. You can easily set this method only for selected countries.

You can set a specific tax status (taxable or non-taxable) for the shipping method.

Thanks to the connection to the One by Allegro API, it is possible to fully manage the shipment in WooCommerce. You can send the order to the system, print the parcel label, get a tracking link, or order parcel pickup. Everything simply and with one click from the order overview or order detail.

Once you have the shipment ready for the customer, you can send it to the One system with one click via the API service from the order overview or detail. No need to transcribe data.

You can also use automatic submission to the system based on order status change or bulk submission from the order overview.

For orders sent to One, you can download the shipment label directly in WooCommerce from the order overview or order detail. You can choose your preferred format for the label: A6, A4, or ZPL.

Using the plugin, you can set up parcel pickup ordering. You can order pickup manually in the order overview or in their detail. Simply enter the date you want to hand over the shipment to the carrier, and you’re done.

You can also order pickup via bulk actions in WooCommerce for multiple orders at once or order it automatically after sending shipment data to the system.

Directly in the order overview, you will see the current status of the shipment in transit, which is loaded via cron. You can also use the link to go to the Shipment Tracking page with an automatically pre-filled number and immediately know what is happening with the parcel.

You can automatically add a shipment tracking link to the order email for customers.

The pick-up point that the customer selects for the order will be displayed in the administration under the order, in the order email, and on the e-shop’s thank you page.

The Toret One by Allegro plugin supports bulk actions in WooCommerce, which you can find in the order overview.

Via bulk actions you can:

• Send shipments to the One system
• Delete shipments from the system
• Order pickup
• Cancel ordered pickup
• Update shipment status in transit

Based on the shipment status loaded from the One system, you can also set an order status change in WooCommerce, e.g., to Completed status in case of successful delivery.

The plugin allows connection to:

• API v2 (portal.wedo.cz)
• API v3 (onedelivery.cz/one-send)

All our plugins are mutually compatible and can be used on a single WooCommerce e-shop.

Usage example: 
In the checkout, the customer can select delivery to an address or pick-up point via the shipping plugin, pay using a payment gateway, and finally, an invoice is automatically generated and sent in the order confirmation email.

The plugin fully supports WordPress Multisite, where a single license is sufficient for all managed sites.

Each Multisite web can have its own plugin settings.

The plugin supports use alongside popular block page builders Gutenberg, Elementor and Divi.
