FOFR for WooCommerce

The Module F shipping method is used for shipment delivery within 24 hours (or up to 48 hours if a hydraulic lift is needed). The shipment can consist of multiple pieces or pallets.

1 piece of shipment:

• max. height: 2.2 m
• max. sum of width and length: 3 m
• max. weight: 1,500 kg (700 kg when using rear hydraulic lift)
• max. volume: 5 m³

Whole shipment (max. 10 pieces or 5 pallets):

• max. shipment weight: 2,000 kg
• max. shipment volume: 10 m³

The Module B shipping method is used for shipment delivery within 24 hours. This method is available only for shipments consisting of a single piece. It cannot be used for pallet transport.

Shipment:

• max. length: 3 m
• max. weight: 50 kg
• max. volume: 0.25 m³

The Module C shipping method is used for shipment delivery within 72 hours. The shipment can consist of multiple pieces or pallets.

1 piece of shipment:

• max. height: 2.2 m
• max. sum of width and length: 3 m
• max. weight: 1,500 kg (700 kg when using rear hydraulic lift)
• max. volume: 5 m³

Whole shipment (max. 10 pieces or 5 pallets):

The Module N shipping method is used for shipment delivery within 48 hours. The shipment can consist of multiple pieces.

Whole shipment (max. 3 pieces):

• max. shipment weight: 1,800 kg
• max. shipment volume: 8 m³

The Module S shipping method is used for delivery of standard and oversized shipments. The shipment can consist of multiple pieces or pallets.

1 piece of shipment (oversized):

• max. length: 6 m
• max. weight: 600 kg
• max. volume: 5 m³

Whole shipment (max. 3 pieces):

• max. shipment weight: 1,800 kg
• max. shipment volume: 8 m³

The FOFR Module Z allows international transport of piece and pallet shipments within Europe. Shipping to individual countries can be enabled and availability, prices, and COD set separately as needed.

Available countries:
Slovak Republic, Montenegro, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Hungary, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain

For each shipping type, you can set the price in the plugin:

• flat rate
• based on order weight
• based on dimensions of products in the order
• loading from FOFR API

You can also assign surcharges or set free shipping.

For each shipping type, it is possible to set a custom threshold for when free shipping becomes available. Free shipping can also be set for specific products or product categories.

The plugin can work with the WooCommerce Cash on delivery payment method.

For this payment method, you can set a surcharge, either flat or scaled based on order value.

At the same time, you can set an amount above which COD will be surcharge-free, and also enable free COD for a specific product or category.

VAT for the COD fee can be set as fixed or based on products in the cart.

For each shipping type, you can set conditions under which it will be available to customers at checkout:

• minimum/maximum order value (incl. VAT)
• minimum/maximum product quantity in cart
• minimum/maximum product price (incl. VAT)
• minimum/maximum cart weight

You can also disable individual shipping types for specific products or product categories.

In the plugin, you can set custom surcharges for specific products, variations, and categories, global surcharges, or surcharges for a shipping module.

You can upload custom icons for individual shipping types, which will be displayed to customers at checkout, matching your e-shop’s design.

FOFR also supports delivery of shipments requiring special handling. These attributes can be set for products, categories, or globally for all shipments:

• fragile
• do not tilt
• keep dry

When sending a parcel with COD abroad, it is necessary to convert its value into the local currency (e.g., EUR).

The plugin can automatically retrieve rates from the Czech National Bank (cnb.cz), National Bank of Slovakia (nbs.sk) servers or allow entering custom rates.

You can select your preferred method in settings.

The FOFR plugin supports shipping zones in WooCommerce. You can easily set this method only for selected countries.

You can set a specific tax status (taxable or non-taxable) for the shipping method.

Thanks to the connection to the FOFR API, it is possible to fully manage the shipment in WooCommerce. You can send the order to the system, delete it from the system, get a tracking link, or print a label.

Once you have the shipment ready for the customer, you can send it to the FOFR system via the API service with one click. You don’t have to rewrite any data.

You can also use automatic submission to the system based on an order status change. This automatic submission can be set separately for each payment method.

For orders sent to FOFR, you can download the shipment label directly in WooCommerce from the order overview or order detail and print it straight away. The default label position for printing can also be set.

Using the plugin, you can set up parcel pickup ordering. You can order pickup manually in the order overview or in their detail. Simply enter the date you want to hand over the shipment to the carrier, and you’re done.

You can also order pickup via bulk actions in WooCommerce for multiple orders at once or order it automatically after sending shipment data to the system.

In the order overview, you can simply use a link to go to the Shipment Tracking page with an automatically pre-filled number and immediately know what is happening with the parcel.

You will also see the shipment status directly in the order overview thanks to loading via cron.

For customers, the tracking link is automatically attached to the order email.

Based on the shipment status loaded from the FOFR system, you can also set an order status change in WooCommerce, e.g., to Completed status in case of successful delivery.

All our plugins are mutually compatible and can be used on a single WooCommerce e-shop.

Usage example: 
In the checkout, the customer can select delivery to an address or pick-up point via the shipping plugin, pay using a payment gateway, and finally, an invoice is automatically generated and sent in the order confirmation email.

The plugin fully supports WordPress Multisite, where a single license is sufficient for all managed sites.

Each Multisite web can have its own plugin settings.

The plugin supports use alongside popular block page builders Elementor and Divi.
