Delivery in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with TOPTRANS
Offer customers shipment delivery in the Czech Republic and Slovakia via the carrier TOPTRANS, which can transport parcels as well as entire pallets.
Thanks to the plugin, customers can choose standard delivery within 24 hours (TOPTRANS Standard), morning delivery by 12:00 PM (TOPTIME), or evening delivery 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (TOP-PRIVAT). The plugin also supports Saturday (TOP-WEEKEND) or flexible delivery based on the carrier’s agreement with the customer (TOPTRANS Delivery after notification).
For all shipping methods, you can order shipment delivery to the floor (TOP-COMFORT).
Using the plugin, customers can select the TOPTRANS Standard shipping method in the checkout, which is available for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Basic delivery term – 24 hours.
Using the plugin, customers can select the TOPTRANS TOPTIME shipping method in the checkout, which is available for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Scheduled delivery time “TOPTIME” – morning delivery by 12:00 PM.
Using the plugin, customers can select the TOPTRANS TOP-PRIVAT shipping method in the checkout, which is available for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Scheduled delivery time “TOP-PRIVAT” – evening delivery between 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
Using the plugin, customers can select the TOPTRANS TOP-WEEKEND shipping method in the checkout, which is available for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Scheduled delivery time “TOP-WEEKEND” – Saturday delivery by 1:00 PM.
Using the plugin, customers can select the TOPTRANS Delivery after notification shipping method in the checkout, which is available for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
When selecting this shipping method, the shipment delivery date will be determined based on prior telephone agreement between the customer and the carrier.
In the plugin settings, you can enable the TOP – COMFORT surcharge service for carrying the shipment to the floor with the active assistance of the recipient. Maximum shipment weight is 80 kg/1 piece, over 80 kg a surcharge is charged for every commenced 80 kg.
Rich shipping configuration options
Using the TOPTRANS plugin, you can customize shipping options. For each shipping type, you can easily set the shipping price, either uniform or scaled by weight, dimensions, or distance. You can also simply set free shipping and Cash on delivery surcharge.
The plugin further supports automatic parcel price conversion to foreign currency when sending abroad, WooCommerce shipping zones, and dimension and weight checking.
You can set different shipping prices for each type of shipping. This price can be uniform or scaled:
by weight
by dimensions
by weight/shipping distance
For each shipping type and country, you can set your own threshold for when free shipping becomes available.
The plugin works with the WooCommerce cash on delivery payment method.
You can set a surcharge for this payment method. You can also set the amount above which cash on delivery will be free of charge.
VAT for the cash on delivery fee can be set as a fixed amount or based on the products in the cart.
For each TOPTRANS transport service, it is possible to activate a check of the maximum weight and dimensions of the product.
This ensures that the carrier will not refuse to accept the package due to its weight or dimensions.
When sending a cash on delivery package abroad, TOPTRANS requires its value in a specific currency (e.g. EUR).
The plugin can automatically obtain exchange rates from the Czech National Bank (cnb.cz) and Slovak National Bank (nbs.sk) servers, or you can enter your own exchange rates.
You can select your preferred method in the settings.
The TOPTRANS plugin supports shipping zones in WooCommerce. This allows you to easily set up this method for selected countries only.
You can set your own tax status (taxable or tax-free) for the TOPTRANS shipping method.
Complete shipment management directly from administration
Sending shipments with TOPTRANS cannot be easier. Thanks to the plugin, you can send a shipment with a few clicks in the e-shop administration or fully automatically. At the same time as creating the shipment in the carrier’s system, automatic pickup ordering occurs.
Just as easily, directly from the order overview or detail, you can print a label for the parcel or check the shipment status in transit at a glance. The tracking link is automatically added to the order email for customers.
Thanks to the connection to the TOPTRANS API, it is possible to fully manage the shipment in WooCommerce. You can send the order to the system, delete it from the system, get a tracking link, or order parcel pickup.
Once you have the shipment ready for the customer, you can send it to the TOPTRANS system via the API service with one click. You don’t have to rewrite anything.
You can also use automatic submission to the system based on order status change.
For orders sent to TOPTRANS, you can download the shipment label directly in WooCommerce from the order overview or order detail.
Ordering pickup happens right along with sending the parcel to the TOPTRANS system.
In the order overview and order detail, you can check the parcel status in transit at a glance. The status can be updated manually or automatically via CRON.
In the order overview, you can also simply use a link to go to the Shipment Tracking page in the TOPTRANS system with an automatically pre-filled number and immediately know what is happening with the parcel.
The tracking link for customers is automatically added to WooCommerce order emails.
Carefree management and regular maintenance
The Toret TOPTRANS plugin is fully compatible with other Toret plugins as well as popular block page builders (Elementor, Divi) and multi-currency plugins. You do not have to worry that its implementation would disrupt the design or function of your e-shop.
