## Before contacting support, **please try the following steps**, which often help:

*Before you begin, we recommend making a complete backup of WordPress.*

#### **1. Check the documentation**

Detailed [documentation](https://www.toret.net/plugin-documentation/) is available for our plugins. Please review it and check the plugin settings.

#### **2. Update**

Keep everything up to date (plugins, theme, and WordPress).

#### **3. Deactivate third-party plugins**

Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and the purchased plugin from Toret.cz.

#### **4. Switch to a default theme**

Activate one of the default themes in WordPress, such as Twenty Twenty-Five, Twenty Twenty-Four, or Twenty Twenty-Three.
