You can choose a preset template or create your own, set the logo, store name and address, and the footer. In the footer, you can include information about the business registration in the Trade or Commercial Register. > *E.g.: The company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 326539* In the **“Documents”** tab, you can select which WooCommerce email the invoice will be attached to. You can also disable attaching invoices for specific order statuses. You can also enable additional information on the invoice, such as email, phone number, or the customer note. **We recommend setting the invoice issue date and the numbering sequence.** You can customize the invoice number format using a prefix, suffix, or padding. In this tab, you’ll find additional settings, including a dropdown that switches to packing slip settings. Packing slip generation is enabled by default—if you don’t need it, disable it. ## Adding a QR code to invoices Now let’s move on to the key feature provided by the [QR Payments](https://www.toret.net/produkt/qr-platby/) plugin.
