After entering the Company ID (IČ), it is verified and data is loaded from ARES/RÚZ, the validity of the entered VAT ID (DIČ) is verified according to VIES. You can add a link to terms and conditions to the form. After filling out the registration form, a **new user with the role Wholesale Customer** is created, whom you simply approve or reject in the user overview. Then an **email is automatically sent** to the wholesaler and the administrator. You can edit these emails in the plugin settings or disable their sending. Approved and logged-in users will see the **wholesale price displayed** in addition to the regular price on product pages, and they can use the **new payment method Invoice Payment** at the checkout. ### Registration form+ The form for registering new wholesalers can be simply placed on the e-shop pages using a shortcode. The form includes pre-filling of data according to ARES (for CZ) or RÚZ (for SK) after entering and verifying the Company ID (IČ), and checking the validity of the VAT ID (DIČ) according to VIES. It is also possible to add a link to terms and conditions to the form. The form is compatible with the re CAPTCHA system for user verification and spam prevention. ### New user role Wholesale Customer+ The Wholesale plugin brings a new user role Wholesale Customer to WordPress. Like other users, you can find wholesalers in the user overview, where you can also manage them. ### Automatic sending of emails about approval or rejection of a new wholesaler+ Newly registered wholesalers need to be approved or rejected. You can do this via bulk action in the user overview or in the user detail. After approval/rejection, the plugin automatically sends an email with information to the wholesaler and the administrator. You can customize these emails in the plugin settings or completely disable them. ### Payment method Invoice Payment+ In the WooCommerce checkout settings, you can enable the payment method – Invoice Payment, which will be available for logged-in wholesalers. In the payment method settings, you can choose which status the order will switch to after payment. Thanks to this, you can, for example, follow up with shipping plugin automations or just complete the order. ## Rich options for setting wholesale prices ![Plugin Toret Wholesale for WooCommerce - product display](https://www.toret.net/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/Plugin-Toret-Wholesale-for-WooCommerce-product-display.png "Plugin Toret Wholesale for WooCommerce - product display") ![Plugin Toret Wholesale for WooCommerce - discount and condition settings](https://www.toret.net/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/Plugin-Toret-Wholesale-for-WooCommerce-discount-and-condition-settings.png "Plugin Toret Wholesale for WooCommerce - discount and condition settings") ![Plugin Toret Wholesale for WooCommerce - settings for wholesale users](https://www.toret.net/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/Plugin-Toret-Wholesale-for-WooCommerce-settings-for-wholesale-users.png "Plugin Toret Wholesale for WooCommerce - settings for wholesale users") ![Plugin Toret Wholesale for WooCommerce - product settings](https://www.toret.net/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/Plugin-Toret-Wholesale-for-WooCommerce-product-settings.png "Plugin Toret Wholesale for WooCommerce - product settings") ![Plugin Toret Wholesale for WooCommerce - category settings](https://www.toret.net/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/Plugin-Toret-Wholesale-for-WooCommerce-category-settings.png "Plugin Toret Wholesale for WooCommerce - category settings") ![Plugin Toret Wholesale for WooCommerce - tiered discounts](https://www.toret.net/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/Plugin-Toret-Wholesale-for-WooCommerce-tiered-discounts.png "Plugin Toret Wholesale for WooCommerce - tiered discounts") You can set a global discount or individual discount for wholesalers via the plugin, either for individual users or specific products. Another option is fixed wholesale product prices, which override all other discounts. It is also possible to disable wholesale discounts for individual products and product categories. You can also disable the use of discount coupons for wholesale orders. The tiered discounts function allows you to scale the wholesale discount according to the quantity of products in the order, weight, or value of the order. You can also offer your wholesalers only selected shipping methods or free shipping. You can edit wholesale price labels or hide them. The regular price can be hidden so that only the wholesale price is shown, or it can be crossed out. The wholesale price can be displayed with or without VAT. ### Wholesale order conditions Wholesale orders can be globally conditioned by a minimum order value or number of product items in the order. You can also set the minimum order value individually for individual users. In the detail of individual products, you can set the minimum number of pieces of the given product in the cart for wholesale. ### Global, individual, and tiered discounts for wholesalers+ You can perform the global discount setting for all wholesalers in the plugin interface, where you enter the discount in percentage. Individual discounts can be entered for a specific wholesaler or product. Their setting is done in the user or product detail. You can also set a fixed wholesale price at the product level, which is always superior. Hierarchy of set wholesale discounts: *Global discount < Category discount < User discount < Product discount < Fixed product price* You can disable wholesale discounts for individual products and product categories. Furthermore, it is possible to disable the use of discount coupons for wholesale orders. You can also set tiered discounts for wholesalers. These can be based on the order value, its weight, or the quantity of products in the order – whether of the same or different kinds. ### Import and export of user wholesale discounts+ Wholesale user discounts can be exported and imported via a CSV file in the Users section. ### Shipping for wholesalers+ In the plugin settings, you can enable free shipping for wholesalers, set the shipping methods allowed for wholesale and, conversely, hide shipping methods from regular customers. ### Display of wholesale prices in WooCommerce+ Logged-in wholesale customers automatically see both the regular and wholesale price on products in the e-shop, with configured discounts applied to the wholesale price. The wholesale price can be calculated from the standard product price, or discounted prices can also be included in the calculation. The price can be displayed with or without VAT. Displaying the regular price can be disabled or shown with a strikethrough. Wholesale price labels can be edited or hidden. A shortcode is also available for displaying the wholesale price. ### Setting conditions for wholesale orders+ You can globally condition the possibility of a wholesale order by a minimum order value or a minimum number of product items in the order. You can find both of these options in the plugin settings. The minimum order value can also be determined individually for each user separately in the user detail. Individual settings will override global ones. You can also set the minimum number of products in the order individually for separate products in their detail. This individual setting will override the global one. ## Carefree management and regular maintenance The Toret Wholesale plugin is **fully compatible** with other Toret plugins as well as popular block page builders (Elementor, Divi, and Gutenberg) and multi-currency plugins.
