It is also possible to place custom text next to the button. ### Credit notes for invoices+ In the i Doklad plugin, you can create credit notes for invoices, both manually and automatically based on order status change. You can issue and download a credit note from both the overview and the order detail. The customer can download the credit note from the order email or in their customer account. ### Automatic invoicing or manual invoice creation+ Invoices, proformas, and credit notes can be created: - automatically based on order status change - by clicking a button in the overview or in the order detail - by bulk action in the order overview. In the settings, you can also determine when the invoice is marked as paid. ### Custom invoice issuance rules for each payment method+ The invoicing plugin can set the creation of a proforma invoice and regular invoice separately for any payment method. You can thus issue an invoice at a different stage of order processing each time. For example, when paying via a payment gateway, issue the invoice in Processing status, but for COD only in Completed status. ### Clear i Doklad information in order detail+ The order detail contains the i Doklad box where you will find all important information about the order. You do not have to go through orders retrospectively and check where the document was not issued. ## Automatic pairing of payments with orders The i Doklad plugin also helps you with **pairing bank transfer payments with orders.** Just pair your account with i Doklad and you can let go of payment tracking. Received payments are **assigned to corresponding invoices** and the relevant orders **automatically change status** according to your choice. You can see at a glance in the administration whether the order was paid or not. ### Pairing bank transfer payments using automatic marking of paid invoice+ In case you have your i Doklad account connected with a bank account and use automatic invoice pairing with payment ([see guide](https://www.idoklad.cz/blog/sparujte-si-idoklad-s-bankou-hned-vite-o-zaplacenych-fakturach)), you can have payment information passed from i Doklad to the web via cron. When someone pays to the bank account, the invoice in i Doklad is marked as paid and payment information is sent to the e-shop. In the plugin, you set which status the paid order switches to. It also allows setting **reverse charge** in the e-shop or using the **OSS (One Stop Shop) mode**. ### Invoices in Czech, Slovak, English, or German+ In the plugin, you simply set the preferred language for generated documents. The language can be selected fixed or according to the order country. You can choose from a total of 4 languages: *Czech, Slovak, English, and German.* ### Support for CZK, EUR, GBP, USD, and dozens of other currencies+ Invoice currency setting is automatic according to the main currency in WooCommerce.
