With an active Heureka account, we can move on. ### Activating the Verified by Customers service First, you need to activate the service. You can do this **directly in your [Heureka e-shop account](https://sluzby.heureka.cz/shops)**, in *Verified by Customers > Settings and questionnaire data*. There you will find a [form](https://sluzby.heureka.cz/n/sluzby/certifikat-spokojenosti/) that you need to fill in and submit. Both can be done using a suitable plugin. In our case, we will use the [Toret Comparison Shopping Sites plugin](https://www.toret.net/produkt/srovnavace-zbozi/). 1. Don’t forget to save the changes. The script is now implemented in your e-shop, ensuring your customers’ email addresses are sent to Heureka. This enables **satisfaction questionnaires** to be sent out. Heureka automatically sends these questionnaires to customers 6 days after purchase. ## How to display the Verified by Customers certificate in a WooCommerce store The Heureka Verified by Customers certificate is awarded based on customer ratings collected via questionnaires. Once you obtain it, you can **display the certificate in your store**. How? 1. In the Comparison Shopping Sites plugin settings, go to the *Heureka – Verified by Customers* tab and enable *Enable Verified by Customers widget* (1). Save. Click the link *“Here you can find various versions of the Verified by Customers certificate icons”*. In the code window, copy the string of characters after *set Key* — that is the Public key. Enter it into the corresponding field in the plugin (2) and save. Continue below to the widget settings. In the General settings section, you can choose the widget position and language, as well as its top offset.
